Soccer Anecdote: Irony at the Bung Karno Stadium

A unique event took place in the Bung Karno Main Stadium in twodays, Thursday (24/5) and Saturday (26/5), when the elite Italian club Inter Milan against two team from Indonesia, the League Selection and the national team. Both teams are based on Indonesia Premier League (IPL), not the Indonesia Super League (ISL) except three Papua players which betrayed their ISL’s clubs. Almost the entire supporters consists of Interisti of Indonesia or Internazionale supporters in Indonesia and therefore whenever Inter players score goals, they werecheering happily. In two days, it could be said only a handful of spectators who supported the team's own country.
